Dialog Axiata’s wholly-owned subsidiary Airtel Lanka has bundled all calls forwarded as on-net calls, thus the calls exchanged between Airtel and Dialog networks are classified as on-net calls, thus reducing the cost of calling Airtel from the Dialog network.
After the acquisition of Airtel Lanka Coverge and Dialog coverage, which Airtel had, improved voice and 4G Plus coverage will be divided equally between the two networks, and new packages were also introduced to Airtel .
On the 30th, CSE informed Axiata that the acquisition of Airtel has been completed and accordingly, Airtel will approach the customer in a new way from September 1. After the transaction is completed, 10% of Bharti Airtel has been given to Dialog, the largest telephone service provider in Sri Lanka, As South Asia’s largest Internet service provider providing the latest technology to nearly 17 million customers, Airtel Lanka is a company representing nearly 2 million young customers and the merger has brought optimism to both networks.
