Bharti Airtel Limited completed a share transaction on June 26, acquiring 952 million shares (10.355%) of Dialog. In exchange, 122 billion shares (100%) of Airtel Lanka were transferred to Dialog Axiata plc. Bharti Airtel is now the second largest shareholder of Dialog Axiata.
